Well what can I say todays training day went ok, it was fun but also a lot to take on board - man the fitness industry is so intricate it could drive a woman insane O.o
Today I went down to Brighton with my parents and good friend amanda, I brought 2 hypnotherapy CD's on combating negative thoughts and how to overcome fears and phobias I also brought a book on dowsing!
Spoke to a psychic medium and my friend had a spookily correct reading from him.
Brought my mum a jade buddha
